Team member Abel E. waited on me and helped pick out the correct windshield wiper for my 2013 Toyota Yaris which has only one wiper in the front. Yes, most are surprised to learn that. He went above and beyond what I expected and measured the length first then showed me all the different styles and prices they had. After the purchase he graciously installed the wiper for me and did it extremely quickly and efficiently. He was awesome! Great customer service Abel, keep up the good work! 👍

Top notch customer service. I purchased items here and went to another advanced auto in Jacksonville once I needed to use the warranty. The other location couldn’t find me in the system so I had to call this location and they did everything in their power to try an get that store my profile. Even explaining the computer process to them. Needless to say the other location wouldn’t honor the warranty. Since I was going to Orlando the following week I just waited and came back to this location and Abel and Juan were absolutely amazing!!! I stopped in before going to my mechanic just to make sure I wouldn’t run into the same issue. They were professional and friendly! When I explained I’d have to take a rideshare back there to swap out the parts, they had me call when I was in route so that the parts would be at the counter. Once I arrived there was a line and one of the workers even offered to run me back to mechanic if my driver wouldn’t wait. Now that’s what I call customer service!!!! My Lyft driver Larry waited cause he was 5 star as well…Overall, even having to spend money to get my car fixed it was a great experience.
