The best car wash I’ve been to! I had a membership at another car wash in town and was called something nasty just for pulling into the line when I got the closing time wrong. I didn’t realize the closing time changed. The very next day we gave 360 a try. The customer service is great always! Everyone is nice and friendly and they do a wonderful job on my car. I was so pleased with the service that my husband, son and I all got monthly memberships.

Car wash is currently closed due to renovations. They won’t be open until the end of January 2026. I don’t know why they wouldn’t put this on Google hours so that people don’t waste their time and drive there. Giving them 2 stars because of that. I will update my review once I get my car washed by them.

I visited this location for a full auto detail service ($180). Beforehand, I made sure to remove or bag up all personal items—clearing out the cup holders, consoles, door pockets, and any loose belongings into tool bags. However, just before entering the car wash, I stopped to get gas then paid for service with credit card and accidentally left my credit card in the center console cup holder. The car wash team did an amazing job—several hours of work, and my truck looked fantastic. I was really impressed with the quality of the detail. Unfortunately, two days later, I noticed strange charges on that same credit card—small amounts at local places like Walgreens, gas stations, Uber, and convenience stores in Fort Worth. The charges started the day after my visit to the car wash. That’s when I realized my credit card was missing from the console. I immediately contacted my credit card company to freeze the account and report the fraud, and I also filed a report. I'm still getting alerts about declined charges like Uber Eats. I called the car wash and spoke with Jose, the manager, to inform him of what happened. Despite this incident, I still think the team did an excellent job detailing the vehicle. I don’t believe the theft reflects the business as a whole, and I wouldn’t want them to suffer over one person’s actions. I do recommend this place for detailing services—but I also strongly recommend removing all valuables before your visit. 6/6/2025 - Update: I spoke with Jose, the manager, just to make him aware of the situation. I wasn’t expecting anything in return, and nothing was offered—and that’s totally fine. The team there does great work and takes pride in what they do. I’m 100% certain the card I used to pay was left in the console, and it was no longer there after the service. Unfortunately, it was later used for fraudulent charges. That said, I still believe they have hardworking staff and provide excellent detailing. Just a reminder to everyone—always double-check and remove all personal items before handing over your vehicle!

Horrible experience. After the $180 full detail, my car exterior liked nice and clean! It was really shiny! But, the moment I sat in my the air smelled horribly. The interior smelled like cleaning substance used to make it shiny IN THE ENGINE BAY. I've gotten my engine detailed before, at a slightly better establishment, and my engine looked shiny exactly like my interior does now. It's like they used the wrong spray bottle? After 10 minutes in the car I felt nauseous. The interior upholstery was seemly drenched it that fluid and it was extremely shiny and greasy. They sprayed the custom husky plastic floor mats I had in my car with that liquid. It was drenched in it. I had to put it back in the trunk. Allegedly the employees kept walking over it after they kept having clean it because it was on the garage floor walkway.

I’ve been looking for a good car wash and detail shop. I’ve found it! Starting with the wash and hand detailed interior cleanup… Wow! Best job I’ve seen in years! So I asked it they could do something with our sun-faded Fiat to them asking if they could bring back some of the shine. They offered a Buff and Wax. Price was moderate for that so I agreed. I’m very happy with the results! They didn’t get all the fading, that’s not possible. But the job they did was awesome! The care they took in doing the job was impressive, I watched the whole thing. I will be back with my truck and probably my RiverStone 5th Wheel RV that needs some scratches smoothed out at the top of the front cap.

Absolutely phenomenal job and price. So much so I opted into the monthly subscription. Great place especially if you have kids. My car looked better than what it did off the lot. Was pleasantly surprised. The monthly rate is $55 this includes unlimited washes and they detail the inside and shampoo the carpets. That’s like $13/week. It’s a STEAL!!! So happy to have found them was getting so tired and stressed from keeping my car cleaned. On top of all that, they cleaned my daughter’s car seat. SUPERB JOB!! ☺️😇

I came in for a car wash and seat cleaning they did a great job on both. The $75 was money well spent. My passenger seat had handprints on it and they were able to get them out. My car looked like new when they were done. I'll definitely be back!

They always did a great job washing my car in the past. But they were terrible this time. One of the rollers was not working inside and I paid $20 to get my tires and wheels cleaned and they left this detergent in the wheels that got hard and won’t come off and they put a lot of shiny liquid stuff on the tires and when I drove down the street the stuff flew off the tires and left spots all over the sides of my vehicle. When I asked 2 guys standing by the drivers door if they were done wiping down my vehicle they just turned around and walked away from me. Very rude and the worst car wash I ever got. I usually give a $5 tip but they are not getting a tip anymore. And if I find another car wash near my house then I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

First time there and won’t be back. If I could give negative stars I would in a heart beat. Things were bad right away: •Instead of letting me remove my items, they threw them under a work table in the garage without telling me, and then lost some of my things..come to find out some of those things were thrown away.. (I’ll admit me not removing it first was on me, it was my very first time to get a detail) •They used this greasy, stinky cleaning solution inside my car, and it’s giving me a migraine. Does not smell good at all. Literally just smells like tire shine was put on everything. •My floor mats were thrown on the ground to be cleaned(which is fine bc they have to be cleaned but, then the mats were left there as employees walked on them over and over. They then just sprayed the floor mats with some more greasy fluid and left it sitting and then put them all in my trunk all stacked up. •They left residue dripping down the inside of my interior on drivers side. Everything is super greasy and slippery🙃 •They also threw the organizer net that I have for my trunk under the spare tire in the tire hatch thing, which made me think they threw it away because I didn’t even see it at first. •I got there at 10:45/11 am, was told it’d take 1 to 2 hrs tops, I didn’t end up leaving until well after 3pm, and it was in bad shape when I did get to leave.. I paid 180$ for the full detail, and ended up having to go to auto zone to buy things to clean the car AGAIN on my own to get rid of all the grease and stink from the products they used to do the detail. I tried talking to someone before I left but he kept telling me he doesn’t speak English, and after getting home I have tried calling and it just goes to voicemail. This may have been my first time to get a “professional” detail, but I know enough to know it’s not supposed to be like THIS. So disappointed, will never return.
