This is horrible. Pics included. I tried calling them but keep getting a busy signal. All 3 are just what I can see from the driver's seat. Haven't even checked the rest of the car. No wonder they weren't busy on a sunny Sunday afternoon. I finally got through, explained the situation. I'm told to bring the vehicle back to the shop. I'm told they close at 7. Well I'm at the shop and it's 6:15 but the doors are all closed and nobody is answering the phone. Amazing customer service. ... I caught "Aaron" (sp?) as he was leaving. He stated they had to close early for company issues and to bring it back as well as call tomorrow. I'll edit my review once this is fixed.

I paid 50 for a car wash and they could even clean the inside of my car right. They didn’t vacumn it right a lazy job. I will never go back there again

Please look at the reviews and run from this place! I paid over $120 plus tip for oil change, which comes with a "free " wash & vacuum. I paid extra to have my seats shampooed. Upon checking my vehicle, the entire dashboard was DUSTY, the entire trunk area had not even been touched. Was not wiped nor vacuumed. I asked the lady giving me the car how come the teunk wasn'tcleaned, her response was that this was initially sisters job and she didn't tell her to do it. I've been to this establishment before & this was not the quality work I received and paid much less. I asked over the phone prior to taking my vehicle and was reassured in person of what I was going to get done on my car. When I call to let the manager know the issues i found with the service, he began speaking over me, told me the wipedown is not included bc he needed to get my written consent to do so. If im paying for a service, isnt that my "consent"??. He told me I've never been here (uh yes I have thats why I came back) said that I only paid for a shampoo and not a vacuum. Do yourself a favor and do not give this establishment you time or money. I get hardworking places deserve good feedback but also lazy palaces deserve to be exposed. Do not come here!

Eh. Ok but not very thorough for the price you pay. Should I have to clean the dirt out of areas after I pay to have it done? They also leave a weird fuzzy film on inside of windshield that's hard to remove, it just wipes around. Unfortunately this is the only full service wash in the area. My kids give it a thumbs up because they like to watch the cars going through the wash through the window.

This is my third attempt with this car wash over the last two years. I paid over $50 for a wash and superior clean detail that fell extremely short. My rims weren't polished. The inside of my car was horrible. There was little to no effort in cleaning the inside. When I asked the young man why certain things weren't done, he looked lost. I asked for a manager and the manager came over and made excuses about why stuff wasn't done correctly. He stated that I have to ask for certain things to be done. Well fine, but I shouldn't have to ask for a basic detail to be completed correctly. Check the pictures!!!

Went here mainly for a stain on my car seat. The guy that checked me in said that the stain would be no problem. They convinced me to go for a $75 package, just car interior detail and car seat shampoo. I went to get in the car, and they shampooed the carpet (I told them not to since I have plastic mats). The carpet was in perfect condition, and they never cleaned the seats. They said to give them 10 min. Shortly after, they said it was ready, and the stain didn’t look any different. The car seats looked the same, just wet. Waste of money since all I needed was the stain removed!

90 dollars for the Supreme wash and open detail none o the plastic like mirrors or bumpers were shined dirts at bases of seats and all the vents are still dusty around them. Not very pleased

I come here often to get all of my cars washed. They have never been "pushy" on trying to make me upgrade to the more expensive cleaning packages in all my experiences. They explain what is included in each package if you can't read the giant signs hanging at the entrance. They

Very unprofessional, left car greasy so greasy and unclean. Not thorough at all, charged me extra for pet hair and left a ton all over the car. As they were vacuuming out a car next to mine, the blew everything from that car into my vehicle. All employees gave me an attitude after I pointed out the issues.

I brought my new 2021 dodge 1500 here that had 9980 miles on it. I told the lube tech i wanted mobile 1 synthetic oil to stay in this truck for the life of it. I also informed him i was short on time and opted out of the car wash. I was the 2nd vehicle there. No other cars at the time were needing oil changes. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hr when they were finally done with it. I went to check out and the truck was plugged in as a 09 dodge 2500 and conventional oil was put into it. I asked what happened and it was a half hearted apology. I got home and decided to look under the truck and oil was all over my transfer case and cross member. I called back and was told to talk to a manager the next day. So i called today 3-10-22 and talked to a manger. They offered to change it and ill pay the difference and they will clean it up. Im not trusting this place to make it right nor am willing to sit for another hour plus. Highly dont recommend this place. I will have my oil changed elsewhere or do it myself.

DO NOT GO!! One of the worst car wash experiences. Left my car with them, came back and found my car in the same condition as I left it. They barely cleaned the inside. After telling them, they cleaned it again. They also broke the door handle of my car. When I came back, it was glued on so we wouldn’t catch it. After confronting them, they ordered the piece. After 3 weeks of waiting and constantly asking them for an update on the order, they fixed it. Not only that my van's automated sliding door is currently having problems and won't open. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please do NOT go. I regret going and should've just cleaned the car myself or taken it somewhere else! Paid $160 and such a waste of money

Customer service is always on point here. However, I got my oil changed and asked for a more advanced car wash. I get in the car and it was vacuumed but nothing was wiped down. This is a little disappointing for the simple fact that I like coming to this place, but this is the second time that my vehicle has not been cleaned properly. I feel like if I'm paying extra money for extra work, then I should at least get that.

If I could leave it no stars I would the manager(Celso Chavez) absolutely terrible he's arguing with me about how I'm not letting the lady clean but it's already been vacuumed and cleaned and washed and I'm picking up debris and sand all over my car and I'm running out of time. Then tells me he's going to put Windex on my $80,000 car with leather. And then he starts arguing with me that he has a $100,000 car it's a navigator and he puts Windex on his car I said well that's your deal I don't want Windex on my leather I could go on and on, he's just sat there arguing with me instead of just being like how can we fix this. No wonder these people have no customers. Should have read and stuck to the reviews don't come here stay away. And I can almost bet you that he's going to argue with this review.....good luck arrogant POS. One last thing that I found super comical I came here for a simple wash and vacuum and he tells me the lady gave me a free service because she wiped down my seats and when she wiped down the seats all the sand went into the floor unbelievable so unprofessional. I'm pretty sure there's business is not going to last another 6 months unless you get new management in there. Good luck

I got the ultimate detail package for my dad's BMW and the car looked amazing. The carpet was steamed, the leather was wiped down, all the surfaces, nooks, and crannies were cleaned in the car. I even asked if they could clean my Weather tech mats and they did it with no problem. REALLY GREAT JOB!!! HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone wanting to get a nice car cleaning.

I took my car about 2 months ago and the service was excellent. So I decided to take my daughter's car and ordered the superior wash with seat cleaning and it was awful. Granted they did remove the smoothie stain from the seat, but there was still smoothie on the side of the gear sift. Also there was still dirt in the floor after they vacuumed. Very disappointed in the $69.00 service. Not worth it at all and will not be back.

I took my 2024 Ford Bronco in got the Gold package for $25, these people did a great job! They really took there time (roughly there 45 minutes) and my car is spotless and looks like it just came off the dealer showroom floor. I will definetly make this my GO TO for car washes.
